Changsha Dayonchuan Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd is a high and new technology enterprise for mechanical testing equipment and testing instruments, integrating scientific research, manufacturing, sales and service, especially focusing on the development and production of electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue test system. The company was established in January 2013 and is located in the national university science and technology park of Hunan university (hereinafter referred to as Hnu science and technology park).It has 31 excellent employees, including 2 doctors, 8 masters and 12 engineers.
Our company has been adhering to the concept of “focus, quality, brand” for product research and supporting services, and we have three invention patents in the field of mechanical testing equipment.
Based on the shortcomings of the traditional electro-hydraulic Pulse Fatigue Test System, the company successfully developed a new electro-hydraulic Pulse Fatigue Test System 2.0 (hereinafter referred to as PFTS2.0) in August 2015. PFTS2.0 is the world's first high-tech product, which improves the fully manual operation mode of the domestic and foreign that has been continued for more than 60 years into a fully automatic control mode.
The main features of PFTS2.0 are: the world's first automatic oil filling, automatic exhaust, automatic loading and automatic maintenance of static/dynamic test force, static/dynamic test output force saturation protection, automatic timing/counting, automatic unloading/shutdown and other automatic operation modes. (1) It is a huge breakthrough in electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue test system, which have not been able to change the complete manual operation mode more than 60 years: manual oil filling, manual exhaust, manual loading and manual static/dynamic test force, manual timing/counting, manual unloading/shutdown and other manual operation modes;(2) Break the situation that existing computer system is only limited to data collection, processing, display and storage;(3) Break the dilemma that existing domestic and foreign production of electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue test system has existing low test accuracy, complex operation, low efficiency for a long time. The deviation of the static test force and between the upper and lower peaks of the dynamic test force is not greater than ± (0.2 ~ 0.6) % of the maximum range of the current actuator (as shown). PFTS 2.0 is the first in the world: the accuracy of static test force is 2.0%, and the accuracy of dynamic test force is 3.0%.
